This is your chance to learn about one of the most influential, people oriented companies in the world. You will understand the techniques and leadership styles that Disney promotes while learning why the finest customer service is essential in the running of a successful business.

Disney® Leadership and Teamwork

Learn Disney management and business strategies for becoming an effective leader! Explore your entrepreneurial, communication and empowerment skills and discover how to inspire team excellence! Gain insights into how improvisational theories can be applied to real-life situations in academic and professional careers!

This is a tremendous opportunity to meet the cast members, the employees of the Disney emporium and talk to them about their careers and their path to success.

And how about FUN? You can’t visit Walt Disney World® without fun! And we know that. This is why we schedule visits at each and every park of Walt Disney World® in Central Florida. You will ride roller coasters, watch fantastic shows, enjoy delicious meals and take plenty of pictures with Mickey and Minnie in four different parks: Magic Kingdom®, Epcot®, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® and Disney’s Hollywood Studios®.

You will also relax at Disney’s Blizzard Beach and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon water parks and shop at Disney stores for a one of a kind souvenir.
