Come to Western Massachusetts and the Pioneer Valley, a national hub for higher education, known also as the “Knowledge Corridor”. Visit some of the most prestigious colleges in the country and feel like a college student for a week or longer!

Highlights of the Program:

  • Enjoy the atmospheres of college campuses and college towns
  • College tours and Admission sessions of the world-famous Five College consortium: UMass-Amherst, Hampshire College, Amherst College, Smith College and Mount Holyoke College, as well as Springfield College, Elms College, Western New England University, Westfield State University, and more
  • Attend classes, lectures, workshops and college events including film festivals, art exhibitions and sports games (UMass Men’s or Women’s Basketball or Hockey in winter)
  • Spend your weekdays on one or more of the prestigous campuses; talk to college students, professors, have lunch in the college cafeteria, visit the extensive Libraries, Art Galleries, Student Centers and more
  • All day college and sightseeing trip of your choice either to Boston (Harvard,MIT), The Berkshires (Williams College), or Hartford-New Haven, CT (Trinity College,Wesleyan University,Yale University)
  • Visit at the Basketball Hall of Fame and go shopping at local malls

SAT/ ACT and TOEFL tutoring, community service and other individual college visits in the region according to students’ interests; full day trip to New York City

Housing:

Homestay- Highly selected local families (possibility of accommodation for two students-friends in the same house if requested in advance)

Optional Accommodation for students ages 18 and older; single or double rooms with breakfast – campus hotel, prices vary depending on season and duration of your stay; please contact us for details.

Meals:

Breakfast and dinner with the family (lunch is usually on your own in college town or college cafeteria)

Grade Levels:

Intended for students of High-School age [Grades 9 – 12, international post grads]

Arrival airport:

Bradley International (BDL) in Hartford, CT; Peter Pan Bus Station in Springfield, Amherst or Northampton

  • Round private transportation from/ to Boston (Boston Logan airport or South Station) at additional fee: $240
  • Transportation from/ to your school anywhere in Southern New England possible, ask for details

Students must have proof of medical insurance and extra money for personal expenses.
